Rose Paisner

Research Assistant

Rose Paisner is looking ahead to a career helping to create mindful, meaningful programming for children and families. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, with an emphasis in children’s media. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, where she majored in Child Study and Human Development with a minor in Film and Media Studies.

Rose has continued to explore the intersection of child development and media through various internships in public television, at WNET and WGBH, and in publishing, at Candlewick Press. While at Columbia, she is also working as the Education and Product Intern at Tinybop, Inc.

Although Rose would like to consider herself a native New Yorker, she was born and raised on Long Island. She has just moved into Manhattan and is very excited to begin exploring.
